CRS Insider - The Society Newsletter

The CR Society publishes a quarterly newsletter for its supporting members. The newsletter varies by issue but usually contains member profiles, recipes, humor, CR Society news and information, and articles of interest to its membership. Below are brief descriptions. 2004

2004 was the first year the CR Society began publishing a quarterly newsletter. Three issue were published that year in black and white and mailed to our membership. The first two issues ran 7 pages while the October issue was 11 pages.

  • Inaugural Issue. This inaugural issue was dedicated to Dr. Roy L. Walford, pioneering researcher in human CR.
  • July 2004. Introduction to DWIDP, recipes and more.
  • October 2004. CR III Conference part 1, Photos, lectures and more.

2005

2005 saw the CR Society experience significant growth in newsletter distribution. Copies were mailed to Australia, Netherlands, Israel, Japan and many other places around the world. The word of CR was spreading.

  • 2005 First Quarter. CR III Conference Part 2, recipes and more We finish our review of CR III lectures. Salmon is cooking in the kitchen and fresh produce is growing in the both the front and back yards.
  • 2005 Second Quarter. Women and CR, CR gardening, recipes and more April tells of her CR experience and provides advice for women starting CR. More recipes and even a rock star.
  • 2005 Third Quarter. Member profile, recipes, Bob's trip, and more.
  • 2005 Fourth Quarter. (pending) DWIDP continued, Macronutrients, recipes and more.
