Two ways to register:
The fourth CR
Society Conference will be held at The
Hotel Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. The Conference will run from Thursday
April 6 through Sunday April 9, 2006. There will be a welcoming reception/registration
on Wednesday April 5. While the speaker schedule is still a work-in-progress,
it looks like we will have a full schedule starting Thursday morning
(April 6). Our hotel group rates will be honored three days prior
and three days following contract dates of April 5-9.

Registration fee:
CR Society Member $215 (using $35 discount coupon). Non-Member $250
There will be two catered lunches (Thursday and Saturday) and one catered
dinner on Friday. The lunches are $22 each and the dinner is $26.
The menus will be posted soon.
We have reserved a block of standard rooms with either a single king
bed or two queen sized beds. Our rate (for single - quadruple occupancy)
is $79 + 11.5% sales tax + $1 city bed tax for a total of $89.09 per
night, which includes the following:
Full fitness privileges to the YMCA located blocks away from the hotel
Wireless high speed internet Free local calls Incoming/outgoing FAX
service and copy service Daily newspaper delivery
In room complimentary water
Continental breakfast
A limited number of refrigerators are available to our group at no charge.
These can be requested, but not guaranteed, when making your reservation.
A limited number of rollaway beds are available for $10 per night. These
also can be requested, but not guaranteed, when making your reservation.
An upgrade to the Presidio level (9th floor) is $30 per night additional.
This includes breakfast (our group rate already includes breakfast),
happy hour, turndown service, and robes.
An upgrade to a king corner room is $20 per night additional. This is
a larger corner room, on all floors, with large windows.
Unused rooms in our block will be released for general sale two months
before the conference on Feb 5, 2006. Please make your reservations as
soon as possible.
(After our room block is filled or after our cut-off date, room rates
will depend on availability.)
Suites are not contracted, but are available at $299 per night.
A welcome reception will be held Wednesday April 5 at 5:00 pm. The
Conference will start Thursday April 6 at 9:00 am and end Sunday April
9 at
11:00 am.
